Surprised by the positive rating. The value is just OK. Greens extremely firm, grass quite unhealthy on fairways and tee boxes are not in great shape. 
Plenty of fun, but could use some work.

Love this course! Staff is always happy and nice.   Great location.  Greens and fairways always kept up.

The course is in Fairly good condition, but the ref is high so you must stay out of it!
