i have called them to service my air condition which is in india but they rejected so bad

The Mt. Rose Heating's technician that came to my house was incredibly inconsiderate and rude.  When he came to check on my air conditioning unit, he didn't realize that he was tracking in mud and dirt on my carpet.  I asked him to clean his shoes and he just laughed a little and didn't even apologize.  I had to spend an extra $50 to shampoo my carpet.  Not to mention an entire Saturday that I wasted.  I will never use them again.  The service also took longer than I expected and came out to be double what the other guys would've charged me.
