My parents pre bought a niche and my mom prepaid for services and everything else that comes with it.  My dad passed in 1980. At that time everything was handled well. My mom passed in September of 2016.  We had the service and she was placed in the niche with my dad.  At the time, I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks to get her name plate added.  It has now been one year and there is no name plate for her.  I am told it is the foundry's fault.  Fine - but there has to be some way to force the foundry to complete the work they have contracted to do.  I am not able to get anyone to do anything as it was all paid for years ago. 
Be careful buying and prepaying for a package.  Customer service is not their greatest strength.

Always a pleasant and professional experience with the 'office' here. They helped arrange a service for my Gram this last burial. Could not have done it without them. John even attended which I found touching. A family cemetery for over 70 years now. Thank you.

I did buy mine plot to rest with my dad side of the family and its in the Redwoods area the MOST stung place to live resting with running water (In the raining season) and you up in the hills and see natural beside of you and wildlife just want to say hello to you! 

As for as the staff goes, SUPPER friendly and they do TRY to keep this place beautyfull but their some other people who does vist here seem to like to reuin thing and brings pets in which I have mixs feelings about that. I wish owner of the pet owner pick the pets mess but nooo they feel the dead won't notces WAKE UP! We don't want crap on us nore you would like we do to YOU!

Things I can't understand is how people said a bad rap here! It's pretty to come here end of story!

I would have to agree that the staff is not very friendly, and cemetery stuff/supplies that the cemetery uses is a bit much, but the overall facility isn't too bad. The staff definitely gave me the feeling that what they do is work with no or little concern why we are there. As long as you do not need to talk to any person working there it isn’t too bad, and ignore the cemetery supplies usually laying around the top of the hill by the road (could be cleaner).
