After a long day of visiting multiple showrooms i came across MTD and decided it would be my last stop. i wasn't finding anything that caught my eye in the other stores. I walked into MTD and was kindly greeted by a gentlemen who offered his help immediately. The showroom is put together really well and there pricing is great, especially since the vanities are solid oak wood & come in complete kits.(MAJOR +++) I ended up purchasing two of there vanities and was surprised when they told me it was available for pick up first thing the next day. If your looking for a quality vanity at a reasonable price then MTD is the showroom you need to visit.

Ordered the Ricca two-sink vanity in grey in August 2017 for $1700. One of the reasons I chose the MTD Vanity was because they promised it would be shipped in 1-2 days. The company refused to provide tracking information and the vanity did not arrive for almost a month. I was not even made aware that the vanity had been shipped until a local delivery company called to schedule the delivery. The vanity was delivered by a local company. The vanity and and counter top, which must have weighed a ton, were dropped on my front lawn. The contents were all wrapped up and I was unable to see what was inside. The driver left. When the contents were opened, the counter top had two large cracks in it. It appeared that these cracks likely occurred when the sink holes were cut out of the granite, and the company should never have sent it this way. Furthermore, there were deep scratches in the paint on the actual vanity. I demanded a partial refund for the counter top I had to replace at my own cost ($750). The company refused any recompense and said that I should have inspected it while the contracted, non-MTD-Vanity employee driver was still on the scene. This would have been impossible. I further asked if the company could merely send me some touch-up paint to fix all of the scratches in the vanity. I was told that they don't have touch-up paint and that I should go to a paint store and ask for them to do a paint match. How would I even do this--chip more paint off of the vanity to bring to the store? I do not recommend doing business with this company. Photos of damage attached.

I paid almost $1,000 for my vanity. The faucet whole isn't centered. I contacted MTD, their response was basically that it's not their fault, they won't correct it. Another thing I found to be annoying, the overflow cover was chrome, and made of cheap plastic. The faucet and handles to this vanity are nickel, why would it come with a chrome overflow cover? The cover is to cover over the cheap glaze job they did.
