This was my first time at the store and I love how they operate their company. Most other stores don't allow me to return dog food which can be a hassle for pet owners because your dog don't always like what you buy. Service return policy alone made the trip worthwhile. On top of that Melissa, one of these associates, was very knowledgeable about the food that Mud Bay sold. She was able to help me find the best food for my dog breed and then also gave me some samples to try other stuff. Keep doing what you doing lady because it's great. I will assess my rating when I go back a second time.

Staff is friendly. Wide selection of high end dog foods and treats. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Took home a chicken no hide chewer and my dog loves it

Only place I go for my cat supplies now! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, wide variety of cat and dog supplies. Highly recommend

Literally just walked out the door a minute ago. I have never had an urge to review anything so bad but I had never been greeted by such great customer service at any store! They have such great knowledge of product and nutrition needs for animals and were given many free samples and coupons. If you ever have time to read on the companies history, I highly recommend it. Great company and has great beliefs!

Always welcoming and very knowledgeable! Excellent prices and good quality along with their guarantee that if your animal doesn't like it bring it back!
