I had a problem with battery light staying on & afraid of driving my vehicle this way. I did call Jerry he said he would diagnose the problem. So I made the trip without stalling, yea. I was waited on in 5 minutes, my vehicle was pulled into the bay in 10 minutes, diagnosed in 15 minutes, & presented a quote I was happy with. Jerry also stated a time of completing the repair, I returned 10 minutes early thinking I would be waiting a while, but I was wrong vehicle was parked in the completed service area! Great surprise! 
Happy customer....great service....perfect price...= another repeat customer. That is how Muffler Man received my 5 star rating. Thanks for taking the time to read my long comment.

Jerry is the best at Lapeer muffler man! Knowledgeable, caring and fair pricing! After I spent a large amount of money on my vehicle somewhere else with my vehicles problem not being totally fixed. Jerry helped to make things right! Extremely happy!

Well I went to Muffler Man at 845am....didnt get in until 1140am because service desk lady lost our paperwork and slow service too. I only reason I realized we were not getting called on was because people after us were called to go in. An on top of that the mechanic gave us a quote for 125 to fix the exhaust. Lmao when it is a 35 fix. Having my dad weld it for me is the best way to go. Muffler Man is horrible.

Great service, friendly staff and mechanics. They do a great job and are very efficient. I drive over 25 minutes due to there service.

Everyone was very friendly, and was in & out for an oil change. I will definitely return for muffler work that needs to be done in the future, and my oil changes!
