I had a bad experience with Mullins Law. The staff is very unfriendly and treat you as if it is an annoyance to call and ask questions. Our lawyer, Sherree, was always "too busy", and was terrible at returning phone calls. It got to the point that my husband had to go in and tell them that he was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau if she didn't start returning phone calls. She didn't show up for court, instead she sent someone in her stead, whom we had never met before, to represent us. You as the consumer do all the leg work, she pretty much just files it. After the Bankruptcy was closed my husband and I found out that she didn't file everything she should have, so there was a lien left on our house. If you ever have to go through bankruptcy be sure to really look into the lawyers. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND MULLINS LAW OFFICE!
