I like it here I see some people have bad experiences but the two doctors I have had so far are such sweethearts and they don’t sugar coat anything . Which i think being a doctor they should just straight up tell you this is what is wrong this is what you have to do. My previous doctor was more passive which caused me to be on pain killers for 6 years before they finally did surgery .

Nates Fiancé- I was a patient at this clinic a couple years back. When I called to schedule an appointment the lady told me she couldn't find any record of me being there. I told her it's been some time since I've been there and she told me that she couldn't find me, repeatedly asking if it'd be under a different last name... she then told me it'd be a 2 month wait.. I even provided her with Who I thought was my Primary care Dr... she said yep he still works here, are you sure you didn't see him in the hospital? I said no I seen him here.. So I give this no stars ✨ because now I have No Primary care Dr and it's not easy to get one! 
Thanks for not a damn thing!

The receptionist, Sarah, told me I was committing FRAUD because I was seeing 2 Doctors at the same time! She and the business nurse have no experience in matters of BCBS  coverage. I am not on a HMO which therefore allows me to see as many doctors as I choose. (I called BCBS TWICE TO VERIFY THIS ON MY POLICY) When I tried to explain this to her she wouldn't listen to me and kept telling me I was committing FRAUD! I wrote the manager of the Clinic a letter and haven't heard a word. Just sayin', don't let them push you around about your insurance!

The Drs are amazing and straight foward. Very honest and allow you to be involved in your health care.
