Everyone was very welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. The facility was clean and organized. We didn’t have to wait at all. Our nurse was great with my son and down to earth and our provider was awesome. She made sure to answer any questions that I had, addressed all of my concerns and explained the after care thoroughly and checked for understanding. Probably the best experience we’ve had at an urgent care. Really impressed. Our provider was Trudy Noon and our nurse was a rotating nurse and I unfortunately forget her name- but she was great!

We’ve been here a few different times, for a few different reasons. Every time we have been in the staff and providers have been outstanding! Extremely kid friendly. Indigo is now my families “go to” clinic when our primary provider isn’t available. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, especially those with children! 5 Star all the way!

This was by far the best doctors experience I’ve ever had. Went in, filled out information on a tablet which made it very easy, quick, and straight to the point. The young lady at the front helped my girlfriend and I make coffee while I was filling out my information. Right after our coffee was done we were in to see the doctor. Outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Very personable, professional, clean and efficient. My wait time was minimal and the doctor stayed and answered my questions without feeling like I was rushed or taking away from his time. If I lived in the area, I'd make this my primary care facility.

I love this urgent care. I'm so glad we have more options in Lake Stevens. I brought my daughter here this afternoon for a bad cough/ear infection. We were seen immediately, no wait times . I love how friendly the staff are and how great they are with children. The waiting area is clean and they offer water/coffee/tea. I highly recommend this urgent care. This is how all medical facilities should be.
