As a State employee that routinely works over and after hours to assist the citizens of Indiana, feel ashamed that I was turned away from the Muncie BMV office at 5:02 on Friday. I know that it was 2 minutes after the closing hours, but I work business hours. I have to physically go to the BMV to get the newer security ID. Two minutes would have been greatly appreciated by a fellow State employee.

It was PACKED but i still only had to wait about 5 mins to be served. Friendly staff, very helpful. In and out in about 10 mins total! Even when it was super busy!

Best BMV ever. Didn't even wait for 5 minutes before being called up. The woman who helped me was very nice! It's never a hassle going there.
