We were supposed to meet Jason to look at a used car. He was otherwise occupied, so Andy was gracious enough to help us. We test drove the car and decided to make the purchase. Jason had returned to the office and came over and introduced himself which was a nice touch. Completed the paperwork and met with Kurt the finance manager, who helped us complete the paperwork process. Very pleasant car buying experience and I would highly recommend any of these guys to help you.

I enjoy the process buying a car about as much as going to the dentist.  However, Todd at Mungenast St. Louis  made the process much easier.  He allowed the car to sell itself rather than trying to push a sale.  And I appreciated the extra time that I was given to test drive the MDX.  The price was very competitive, and the negotiation process was reasonable.  The staff at the front desk were also very helpful in setting up the technology features in the car.  I appreciate that extra level of service.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness of the the team at Mungenast.  Todd was very honest and open concerning our questions and he did not pressure us during the process.   He really sold us on the service and care we will get during the life of our car.   Great experience.

Garrett was great to work with when I purchased my Acura. I had met him a few months prior when I was testing driving a different vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to see that he would be working with me again. We test drove three different versions of the TLX and the TL before deciding which one was best for my needs. The entire process was very professional and fun. I highly recommend Garrett and the crew at Mungenast should you be in the market for an Acura.

I have been a loyal Mungenast customer since 2000.  Because of the type of car I was looking for, I visited several other dealers before visiting Mungenast.  All I can say there isn't a more professional, courteous salesman out there than Todd Billmeyer.  It took awhile to find a car that suited me. Todd could not have been more helpful and patient.  He made the searching and buying experience a pleasure.  Once I decided on a car, the buying process was very efficient and much appreciated.  I would recommend Todd to anyone if they want a true stress free helpful experience.
