We have been coming to Munoz Tax Service now for a over seven years. My in laws, my brother in law and sister in law also come here. We have all been treated wth respect and appreciative of that fact that we give them the business.  I don't understand some of these other reviews. If it's expensive...go somewhere else but don't criticize a man's profession.

I went to Art Munoz and he kicked me out of his office. He was totally rude. He didn't want me to ask him any questions. He just kept saying, "I don't do things the way you do things." He seemed to think I was questioning his abilities and maybe I hurt his ego by asking him questions, but I really don't know anything about how taxes are done. I didn't know what paperwork he was talking about, but I had a pile with me and he got irritated. He kept asking me questions I didn't know the answer to, so I didn't feel that I was prepared to be there.  I told him "Sorry, but I'll have to come back another time." He handed me my paperwork and said, "You can leave and go anywhere you want." I said, "You don't have to be rude." He said, "I'm not being rude, but I don't do things the way you do things. I'm not going to let you waste my time."

I called to ask for a simple return no dependants and he would not give me price. After asking him several times for an estimate he finally  told me 70-120 dollars and laughed at me when i told him it was a little expensive. Overall he was very rude in his conversation with me.
