I started going here while I was pregnant back in September and every doctor I had I absolutely loved! Dr. Barker made every single appointment so exciting to go to. When I went into labor my doctor was out of town, but the on call doctors at the hospital were so great I chose them to by my daughters doctors! The whole entire staff have always been so nice. Danielle, one of the receptionists and nurses has always been extremely helpful and always comes to say hi to my daughter and I whenever we come in. My daughter's doctors, Dr. Pinney & Dr. Johnston are just amazing. They're so good with her and interact with her while they are checking her out. I 100% recommend this place because they literally treat you like family!

Medical assistants are wonderful. Front desk staff are helpful.  Doctors have no compassion or experience, and frankly I question their education, especially when it comes to disease processes, patient care and treatment protocol.

My Daughter has been seen mutiple times, She has been mis-diagnosed several times and given medication she does not need.  The PA's or Np'S are playing a guessing games with their patients not to mention their lack of compassion, bed side mannors and simple Listening skills.

My doctor called in the wrong prescription, so I called and left a message for him. Shortly after, I received a call back from a staff member named Kathy. She had an attitude as soon as I answered the phone. I tried to explain what happened and she was very short with me, and condescending. She did not understand when I tried to explain to her, so I had my mom (who is a pharmacist) call them, thinking she'd be able to better explain the mistake. After my mom called, I received another phone call from Kathy, and she told me the doctors are busy and not to call there again. Extremely unprofessional. I will be looking for a new doctor now. Not impressed at all.

Poor service no willingness to accommodate on urgent matter.  Disappointed!!
