Do not use this company.  If I could give them negative stars, I would.  They did not show up or call on the Friday afternoon that was set up.  A lady called and said she just answers phones for them around 8 Friday evening.  She set me up for the next day.  Saturday morning we got to the Uhaul store and the movers began to remove my furniture from storage, out of nowhere they drop my son's bunk bed frame.  Of course that broke the head board off. Now I'll just skip to the end when I paid with my debit card and they overcharged my card and told a lie like they would refund the overage. It has been a month and still no refund.  Do yourself a huge favor and just pay $20-$40 more for another company. They are horrible!!!
