We are located in Oxnard California, and have on display a collection of over 90 beautiful classic and vintage automobiles and Americana spanning from 1903. We are home to the largest H/O scale model railroad layout between San Diego and San Francisco. It's 1,800 sq feet and manned by members of the 25-year-old Gold Coast Modular Railroad Club every Saturday and Sunday.
The Mission of the Murphy Auto Museum is to collect, preserve, exhibit and interpret the history and heritage of the American automobile. We celebrate the automobile and educate the general public, students and enthusiasts regarding the role of the automobile in the Tri-County area.
