they need to fire that little jackass kid working Sunday afternoon. I needed to reload a vanilla mastercard which ive done plenty of times here and at other locations, when he just wanted to sit there and argue with me that im wrong, that they dont reload there and never have. Finally he calls his manager and she says YES they do reload and directed him to the cards book they always use for that. Then the little jackass idiot either couldnt find or pretended not to find the scan card for vanilla mastercard so i had to go to walmart to do it.
