We needed a pull string unit for a gas scooter we bought for our son for Christmas. the fellas in the shop pulled one off a tiller in the yard (in the pooring rain) and didn't even charge us for the part. I really wish more companies had customer service like this.

Very straight shooters with good products and great service. I bought a used mower from John at Murray Mower and about a month later it wouldn't stay running. They guaranteed it until September so I brought it back. Turns out I had done something wrong. Even though they were busy with many repairs John took it right away and fixed it. He also showed me what he was doing and what the problem was so in the future I can probably fix it myself.

Took 2 family vehicles here for years. Typically just oil changes, but about once a year I'd tell Galen - "Need this SOB to run another 100k" and he would give it a good once over and let me know if anything serious should be done with a time frame to do it in. While having vehicles serviced here, I can't recall a single time a vehicle left me stranded or in an awkward situation. Just turn the key and drive.
