Absolute worst ER came in a few times with my mother in law who had similar symptoms each time and they did nothing but stick us in a room give her fluids and tell us to leave. We waited for 5 hours before anyone came in the room to tell us what's going on. Terrible facility been like that multiple times always a long wait for any attention and they assume everyone is a druggie. Just leave em till they are stable and get em out is their philosophy. Nurses station is extremely disrespectful and will laugh and giggle while people are in the next room in pain. It's an ER show some respect. Last time we were here they took blood and didn't come back for 4 hours. Stuck an IV but didn't connect it to fluids? Sat there for hours wondering why we even came when she could sit and suffer in her own bed at home and get more attention than at the hospital.

Stayed in hospital 11 days and 6 days this year could not had nicer and more caring Doctors and nurses. I would give both ten stars if possible. I don't want to be in any hospital. But, if I had to go back Murray Calloway is at the very top of my list.

This is the worst ER ever! Went there after a car accident, had super bad headache and stiff neck and wrist pain and back pain. Dr Came over and I told him all of that he said go do CAT Scan. 45 minutes later DR came back for literally 20 seconds and all he said is nothing wrong, that’s it. Nothing for my pain no advices Absolutely NOTHING. I just wasted 2 hours of my life in this ER.

Horrible experience. The two hour wait in the emergency room was not the problem, my issue was with the rudeness of the nurses and desk workers. From the moment we arrived, they were nasty, short and spoke down to us. I have never written a review for anything before but I felt it was necessary to leave one for this sketchy hospital. Maybe if the nurses stopped smoking every few minutes, the wait wouldn't be so long.

Went in with extreme high blood pressure 154/114 and then went to the room where they ask you same stupid questions, and I asked the dumb inbred nurse to check my BP and she said, oh they will do it in the back after I said I felt like I was gonna pass out most of the day. Then months back they released a guy whom had a seizure and told him he will be o.k and as he exited the sliding entrance doors he fell face first through the doors causing them to sling completely off track and he broke his nose, his jaw, and then they had to rush him to emergency surgery. I pray this hospital burns to the Ground. Commercial says 5 star, ha, ha, ha, lol where at? I have walked out of here several times, so for now on I will go to mayfield or Tennessee.
