I was surprised to find out I wasn't covered when our sump pump malfunctioned (bad on me for not reading the fine print, although a review with their office after so many years as a loyal customer and sticking with them through cost hikes and the change of their name/underwriter would have been nice). Anyway I was so ticked I went to a broker instead and now am saving myself over $600 per year and have better coverage (including flood insurance.) 😊 My advice: try somewhere else.

Love the service and the ladies there. Just wish there was better hours for those that work till 4:30 and need to look at getting insurance for a new car. Otherwise it's a great insurance company and I love it

They have been providing me with insurance for 16 years. With the few claims that I have had made there has been no stress. They ensure that I am taken care of and there is no interruptions in my life. I love the care that they take. When I call in they know who I am and I always receive a friendly greeting. Thank you for all that you do.
