Staff was super nice till they couldn't numb me then acted as if I was my fault that I could still feel pain and that I was overreacting to feeling pressure 

So I left the dentist with my tooth not getting extracted and no pain killers - Lady at the front desk even smiled at me about needing pain killers - what's funny about that?  They suggested I go to the hospital after they were supposed to help me in the first place - beyond rude.  Left me in tears and pain and didn't give a damn

I like Dr. Murray.  I don't have dental  insurance (which is worthless/not cost effective).  I didn't tell Rachael how much money I have- or anyone else-nor where I get it .  I might have inherited, I might be a "kept man," (I'm certainly attractive enough), I might be blackmailing someone-like an ex wife or business partner, I may have a trust fund. I might be selling my truck (asking $40K).  Dr Kim will just have to pick me- like I picked her!

Following a horrible experience with another dentist, walking into Dr Kim's office was like coming home to a hot supper after a day of chopping cotton.  I instantly liked her and everyone in her office.  I was treated professionally, courteously, respectfully and I've never experienced less discomfort from a visit to the dentist.  I'm so glad she's years younger than me because that means I'll never have to look for another dentist for the rest of my life.   That's a great feeling.
