So detailed... I've been here for three hours watching them scrub my car inside and out. My car was awful by the way... I am so happy! By the way... I was warned that it would take them quite a long time. I anticipated to wait this long... And I have been watching very closely. They are getting into every nook of my car... I would rather them spend the time at get into detail than rush through and miss a lot.

I arrived at this car wash at 2:20 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and purchased a Silver Car Wash. At 4:15 pm, my car was done. Upon inspection of the car, I found it was not clean in many places, water spots along the sides and light scratches on the truck and side, which were not there when I arrived.  I approached a woman who stated that she was in charge and explained to her that the car was not clean and it was scratched.  She looked at the scratches and stated they were not new scratches. She also stated that because I only purchased the Silver Car Wash, the drip marks and places not clean were to be expected. She offered to have the car washed again, except they were getting ready to close so she would not do it on that day. She had the person who dried the car go over a few spots. It was still not clean. Be warned of up to two hour waits, along with a car that is not clean and that is scratched. Will never return.

I always use this car wash because I feel they do a good job detailing the interior. Came here this afternoon to get an interior detail and shampoo. Watched as multiple cars were pulled through the wash and began getting detailed. I had now been waiting for 1.5 hours. Still my car sat without being touched. After the third car and 1.5 hours I went inside and asked for a refund because my car had not been started on while 3 others that arrived after me were getting finished. At this point I just wanted to leave. I was told that they are not allowed to give refunds at all. Apparently, management at this facility feels that poor service is acceptable. The girl behind the counter shrugged her shoulders and smirked like, “too bad”. I voiced that I will never return to this car wash again and magically two people started to work on my car right away. I will never return to this car wash again after this treatment. If I could do it over again I would hold my ticket and not pay until the job is done. I hope this review helps someone in the future.

there were three cars ahead of me and it took  an hour and twenty minutes to wash my car.   the attendant that cleaned my car did a very poor job.  he didn't even use window cleaner and there was still film on the inside of the windows.  the dashboard got wiped with a dry cloth and that was all.  i paid extra, for the gold wash to apply armor all but that wasn't even used on the inside of my car.   the total inside was wiped with a dry cloth.  after i left and realized the problem with the windows and dashboard i returned to have them clean that over.  i will not be going back since there are many other decent car washes for $20 which is what i paid.

The employees are great. They don't mess around here. My truck has never been washed like this. They clean everything, the guy got under my truck and wiped off the shocks.......... plan on being here for a hour and a half maybe two but your car will be the cleanest its ever been. My truck is lifted and they had to hand wash it. It was $50 and at first i didn't want to pay that much but i decided to go for it anyway cause i was already there. Im glad i did.
