They're always understaffed also don't pay enough attention when there's physical needs that are urgent. There literally sit in their own body fluids for hours before someone gets to them. There's no point of them having a button to request for any kind of help. Also they don't pay attention to allergies they have when it comes to their food. Again it's not the employees fault they're just understaffed for some odd reason. I do Thank those that do try to do their best.

This location, while adequate as a care facility, seems to be quite well aware of the fact that they are one of the few of its kind in the area. Once your patient is admitted, your care will vary from person to person from poor to very good. From our first hand experience, it all seems to depend on the personal motivation of the employees and their point of view about their occupation: a calling or a paycheck. However, the administration is absolutely horrid. Their performance is stereotypically government bureaucrat red tape style. Even when they are there they refuse to answer phones. During our three week stay, we did not see the facility doctor even once, even after multiple requests. We finally had to threaten to complain to the site director to get the Admissions Coordinator to contact us. But the day that we were forced to go to the emergency room, after weeks of evading our calls and requests, this person called us three times to inform us that we were to be financially responsible personally if we weren't back within hours. In short, the facility looks nice and has great potential if staffed with a good administration, but unless you have large amounts of patience and a talent for getting through lots of stonewalling, don't send your loved ones here if you have a choice.

They get 2 stars because some of the nursing staff seem like they at least care. But knowing what they are doing is a different story.

I have had an exceptional experience within 30 minutes it felt like home. The employees treated me like a somebody and called me Mr Bruce I had visits from my dog which made me happy. I have had excellent care and got anything I needed. I learned to manage my diabetes and diet they taught and helped me. I have had total respect from all the employees and feel like I have made lifetime friends. I would give this place a 12 out of 10. I honestly feel I would enjoy life in here forever. I spent several hours visiting this facility on two occasions as part of my employment search. I met the staff, attended their meeting, visited or interviewed the administrator and his assistant. The team was very happy and there was a great upbeat vibe in their meeting. I found them to be of the high integrity and work ethic. Their goal is to do what is best for the patients and their families. The facility is modern, clean and nice in presentation. I have now toured about 10 facilities in a similar manner. There is a never ending demand on the staff at these facilities and often times the expectations can be daunting. I would refer my loved ones here.
