I enjoyed the MAPA way more than I anticipated. Beautiful pieces of art with the bird sculptures being my favorites. The Telling estate is worth the visit in its own right. Highly recommended.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
Really a unique and breathtaking museum, starting with the building itself, which has a rich history! The porcelain pieces themselves are unlike anything you’ll see in an antique store or sold online. Absolutely worth the trip!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
Without knowing much about the museum or porcelain I did not know if I would enjoy the museum... But let me tell you it is so worth it! The museum begins with a video about the long and delicate process of making naturalistic porcelain statues and from there you can explore the first floor that is full with gorgeous and intricate figurines, from the Boehm section of realistic animals, to a section of flowers and figurines of fairy tale characters. There are plenty of figures with something for anyone interested in the arts. While the inside if the museum is full of porcelain art, is the building itself a beautiful English Tudor and French Normandy Stile mansion that is itself worth the visit if you're in the area. Our Tour guide was friendly and very helpful about the art and the mansion. 10/10 will visit again
This is a fantastic museum in a very nice house. Built only 100 years ago by a rich businessman in Tudor style . It has a wonderful collection of American made porcelain statues and figurines. The museum is open only Wednesdays and Saturdays, the first Wednesday of the month entrance is free. Otherwise $5-$7 per person. It Is a must see museum in Cleveland!

Just a larger version of anyone's Grandma's porcelain collection. Bumped it up from one star because of the diversity of the collections. Significantly better when this was a library. This is a waste of a beautiful space.
Fantastic museum full of beautiful works of art. The level of detail is unparalleled! Will definitely go again!!!
I have visited several times and there is always something new and exciting to see. What a wonderful museum for the greater Cleveland area.
This place might be wonderfull or empty. It is open only on Saturdays 1 PM to 4PM. So I did not had the chance to see it.
