When a storm blew through here back in late March, I called Music City Exteriors to get us a quote as they specialize in helping with insurance claims. Jeff walked us through the process an was involved ever step of the way. Its the first time I've ever had to file a claim an replace a roof. His team was fast, very professional and they far exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend Music City Exteriors and will be calling then when its time to redo our siding. Thanks for our fantastic looking roof.

If you care about support after the sale, Music City Exteriors is for you.  I have been told before that the design of my roof made re-roofing difficult. My roof developed a leak in the usual problematic spot (It had happened before with a previous company, same spot, same problem).  Music City exteriors was there very quickly to support me, and with no added cost.  They completely pulled the entire section out, and re-roofed it.  They even paid to repair the spot and repaint my bathroom!

Jeff Thorne and the Music City Exteriors team did fantastic and professional work re-roofing of my house.  Just as important, and maybe more so, Jeff Thorne guided me through the insurance maze and was present when the adjuster was on-site which greatly helped the process.  This I did not expected and it was Over-The-Top service. Highly recommend Jeff Thorne and Music City Exteriors for any roofing work you need done!!!   Thank you, Jeff!

Jeff Thorne is by far the most professional and courteous business owner in town. He was quickly able to identify how and why my leaks on my roof were occurring. He also gave me several different options to choose from. I have recommended him to several of my friends that have homes you just never know when you will need a good roofer but when you do call Jeff Thorne at Music City Exteriors.

Jeff was available on short notice and installed gutters at a fair price. He  communicated well and was very professional. Recommended.
