The terminal is nice, however, sit there for more than five minutes and you'll want to hang yourself. 

I'm willing to bet that at one time there was a mental health ward somewhere in Muskegon that lost it's funding and closed leaving it's population to roam the seemingly ghostly streets of downtown; And the terminal is their hang out. I'm not kidding. 

There's always at least 1 person in the terminal and 1 person on every bus that thinks they're the exception and EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE TO LISTEN TO WHATEVER RAP/R AND B THEY ARE LISTENING TO ON THEIR GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHONES ON MAX VOLUME. No one says anything, including staff. If you dare say anything, you'll have a gang on heavily medicated zombies gang up on you and spout off unintelligible nonsense. All you can do is hope the battery dies on the piece of garbage phone that the hard working are taxed to pieces for.

I love that you are always friendly, good hours. Thank you for having a number you can call to find out where to get on the bus. I wish the peck sanford ran later. Thanks for offering the $40 a month bus pass. You guys are great.

The east Sherman bus passed me as I was getting up off the bench; didn't slow down or look. Horrible experience did everything but get in the road for them to notice.

Some bus drivers are cranky and rude some are really polite and sweet so i 
 Dont have too much trouble with the matts bus
