I'm a firm believer in sharing when businesses go above and beyond in terms of customer service. My family and I have been coming here for years. I had some work done a while back and thought there may be an issue. They took my van, threw it up, and yep! I did have a problem.. however it had nothing to do with the job they had done....totally separate issue. It was a quick and simple fix so they took care of it for me anyhow and when I asked them how much I owed? No charge. Bless their sweet hearts! They are consistently easy to work with, get you in quickly, are reasonably priced and do great work! Plus they have a customer shuttle to take you wherever you need to go, if you do need to leave your car with them for a while. A great, family owned business that I'm glad to support! Props to you, Muskegon Brake! And thanks! ❤️

Awesome customer service. TONY has helped us get work done when we were in a pinch, and has been there to answer any/all of our questions while looking at buying trucks. Extremely knowledgeable and honest place. Thank You!
