Horrible Tennant care if you need maintenance you have to call multiple times then they send somebody out that looks like they have been on a drug binge for the past 2 weeks. When they leave you realize it's worse then when they showed up. They do a great job changing their name every couple months though and their employees are required to outnumber actual people to keep their rating up. MORE FEES THEN YOU CAN MAKE SENSE OF!!!

ALT has done a great job of finding and keeping quality renters in our property, very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone that has to move but can not sell their current home due to the economy. The staff has been great to work with and they do their best to make sure you needs are met, the only delay in time is to make sure they have a quality answer before following up.

The worst property management EVER! Renters beware. If they can charge you for anything they will doesn't even have to be a real thing. Maintenance is on drugs very uncomfortable in our home!

This was the worst experience with a business I have ever had. This company is a bunch of incompetent people who do not know how to run a proper company. They do not communicate well with the property owners, they will not protect your financial interests, and they do not disburse payments to owners on time — if at all. One month I never got a rent check because some of their office staff "had the flu." Another month, there was the excuse that "their computers weren't functioning properly." They refused to act for 6 months when a tenant in my house stopped paying rent, and then had the audacity to assume that I would allow them to sell the property for me (because apparently they felt like they earned the right to get that commission). Now I am $3,000 in the hole on a tenant they supposedly vetted. My property was a destroyed and the house was disgusting inside. It had not been cleaned for months, but supposedly passed ALT's regular inspections. This company is a joke and incredibly unprofessional. I encourage anyone and everyone to look elsewhere for your property management needs.

I have been working with ALT for years. I used them when I bought my first house and they were extremely helpful and informative, always available to answer questions. They also took the time to dispute my property taxes for me, getting the city to lower my taxes. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again.
