Courteous and thorough on their work.  I drive 100 miles to have work done because of that and the price is more than reasonable compared to where I live.

I brought my 2002 Chevy silveraldo in in July 2013 because the air conditioner quit working. They said I needed a new one, so $496 dollars later, a new compressor. Used it a couple weeks, stopped being cold again. Took it back to them, now it wasn't the compressor, it needs replaced from the dash and another $450' to $500. So I didn't need a new compressor, if this would have been fixed in the first place, I would have air. Afraid to take it back to them because I'm afraid of what else they will say it needs.
Called yesterday to finally bring it back due to and the receptionist wss was very rude. Asked me what I expected them to do about it and they are the ones who told me what it needed.
