I unfortunately could not recommend this complex to anyone. I moved in  July of 2017 and am already wanting to move. Let me break it out. Parking is generally not an issue. I'm not out super late so I couldn't say you could find a spot at midnight but during normal hours I have never had a problem. When I first moved in the grounds seemed to be kept up a little better. Lately there is trash out all the time ( we have curb pick up 3 times a week) but there are garbage bags out almost everyday and trash in the breezeway. The construction of the buildings are sub-par at best. You hear every little thing and your unit will shake when someone opes their garage. Not just slight shaking, my TV moves. I hear everything my neighbor does in their unit  on a daily basis. The doors let in light, heat and let out your air. In addition nothing is straight, it seems as if the unit is off kilter. When you open drawers they all slant one direction. Maintenance will come out within a day or two however I have not been impressed and have had to request they come out multiple times for minor issues ( re-caulking a sink) . At the end of the day there are better places to live that are worth the rent and can be a home. Unfortunately this is not one of them.

I've had multiple issues with the cleanliness of the unit since I moved in.(hundreds of fruit flies all inside the apartment). 
The toilet, I suspect, is not properly sealed to the floor and is also causing the foul smell. 
Sometimes when you have to talk to someone you don't get the same attitude you got before you signed the lease.

Perfect location.  Close (1 mile) to Willow Bend Mall, plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores.  
Grounds always kept clean.  Maintenance was always punctual and nice.  Would have liked to see them update the interior a little since there are other apartments in the area that are newer; however, the prices were comparable.  Loved my garage attached to unit amenity, this gave me privacy and extra storage space.  Would have lived her for several more years, only I bought a home.

As a 1 month new resident I find Mustang Park to be a good place to live! I had an air conditioning problem and maintenance came out and fixed almost immediately thanks to front office management support team. And with the added security patrols I haven't witnessed any break-ins yet. Overall, I rate it 4 stars, so far.
