Story

Mustang Public Schools covers 69 square miles in Canadian and Oklahoma counties and is the heart of the Mustang area. The district is home to a growing population of more than 10,000 students and 800 staff members. The district is known as a leader in education in Oklahoma, and was the first to implement a model of continuous improvement that is concerned with the success of every child and not just averages across grade levels.

This is probably my most favorite steakhouse in town. If your going to splurge, this is the place to do it. The service if prompt but gruff Though I like to argue that’s part of the rustic steakhouse feel. Our waiter,Tom was able to give us some great guidance and especially helpful for pairing beers with our steak. Everything you heard is 100% true and then some! Obviously the steak is the main event, and every time I go it’s top notch — juice and perfectly cooked. Don’t skip dessert! The housemade cheesecake is out-of-this-world good ,so save room on your main course.

Don't even bother wasting your time looking into Mustang High School if you're looking into a new school. It's a literal joke. The class principles are really nice, some of the students here are really nice and open, others not so much. However, our head principle and other higher ups are slacking. If it doesn't involve sports, it doesn't matter and it's a sad reality. If you're a new student, they don't bother to help you out, so you're just thrown into this sea of 3,000+ kids and expected to survive the day. Kids literally do drugs in the parking lot and come into class high as kite but there are so many students that disciplinary action is minimal. E Hall bathrooms are literally so old and gross and in desperate need of an update. Going by the DECA Store literally smells like a sewer exploded on the occasion. Another thing that blows major with this school is the lack of support for clubs and student organizations. Robotics, art club, so on and so forth, need funds to get to competitions and events, as well as supplies and other necessities. It's gotten so bad (because all the school wants to waste their taxpayer money on is a brand new athletics bus, an event center, new soap dispensers,..) that the DECA Store does fundraisers to help them out because no one else will. Supposedly (from what I have heard) DECA's last fashion show made A LOT of money to donate to Special Olympics and I never heard our principle come out and spread the word or even attend the show. How lame. It's sports and P3 over the students any day and everyday.

Awful. Alot of the time i wonder why my books are so torn up and why there is no bathroom stall in E Hall, just recently i also wondered why the hall by the DECA student store has smelled like feces for the passed few days(because of a sewage problem which took them five days to take care of), but then i thought wow! We have three basketball gyms (used to be four but they tore one down) this school is a joke i cannot believe that they are so commited to spending TAXPAYER MONEY!!  to get fancy so called "event centers" when they could focus on THEIR students' future (like most highschools do) its honestly sad for me trying to open my book to page to twenty and finding out that there is no page twenty, or thirty, or forty etc,  but yet seeing construction for a new gym every year. Also ms allen the so called counselor is very rude i had a meeting with her and my parent and she bassically called me and idiot, said that i had no future and that i was going to be a bum so im not really to happy with the staff but theres nothing i can really do the office has gotten many complaints about her but they wont fire her because they care more about theirselves rather than their own damn students and it absolutely disgust me and i find it pretty pathetic. If you are going to run a highschool run it right.

I'm a freshman at Mustang High School and I hate it here.There are drugs everywhere, you can't leave for lunch and the food is garbage.Some of the teachers are good but others are left-wing snowflakes.The teachers scream at you if you talk about your opinion on things in "their classroom".The sports program is all they care about, like for instance, the other day, some freshman who is on the wrestling team and is good at wrestling whipped his penis out and took a picture in class and the school let him go without the typical five day suspension because their was a wrestling tournament the next day.I recommend going to Yukon High School.

Well, I'm happy to say that this is one of the best schools in existence. Unless you're gay. I mean, I'm not gay! Don't think I am or anything, I have a girlfriend. No seriously it's a good school unless you're closed off to new experiences
