We have been to Muy Bueno several times in the past two years. Obviously we enjoy eating there but yesterday it was a totally different experience. Our food was barely warm and the quality was not what we've come to expect and my husband was served a chicken taco instead of the beef he ordered. They were not busy but our server never seem to be around. We didn't have the time or patience to track her down so we finished our lunch and finally managed to get her attention so we could pay our check. We really hope they were just having an off day. We left very disappointed.

Food was OK, about what we expected at a local Mexican restaurant. The guacamole was outstanding for our taste: not too spicy, not overloaded with cilantro. The chicken in the fajitas was bland and very dry, it should have been much better. They were understaffed when we visited and service was quite slow. Our waitress was moving fast and had a good rapport with the guests, but there were too few employees for her or the cook to keep up.

Good authentic Mexican food, not Tex-Mex. Soups are great. Lengua (tongue) tacos are amazing. Great homemade margaritas too.
