I have worked with Mike at MVP a couple times now for electrical work and both times he has gone above and beyond to ensure the work was completed to my liking. The most recent project I had assumed going in that holes would need to be created in the ceiling. Mike figured out an easy way to avoid any holes in the hard to repair ceiling. This made the finished project better than I could have anticipated. Mike and the others at MVP have always done a great job at a competitive price. I would recommend MVP for all electrical and HVAC work needed.

Nest install done RIGHT! I had a non-standard Nest install that was beyond my comfort to do myself. MVP was recommended by Nest as professional installers. They were out the next day and knocked it out of the park. Couldn't be happier that I called them - I was right.... my install would have been out of my capabilities!!

We have been using MVP since 2009 and they are always a pleasure. They installed a new HVAC unit at our old house and we get tune ups every season in our new one. They always take the time to explain their process and anything they find that needs attention, consideration or resolution. Plus, it's invaluable that I can count on fair and honest service every time. Particularly, my tune-ups at my new location have been with Antonio and he is such a treat. So friendly, thoughtful and timely!

Excellent experience from first phone call to the last bit of work done. Greg was very good at explaining the issues and what needed to be addressed and took care of everything efficiently and made sure he cleaned up any mess. He was very polite and respectful of our home and took time to make sure everything was working properly and to our satisfaction. Any electrical need in the future will definitely taken care of by MVP

Very misleading call. Was told on the phone it would be $75 service call to come out and look at the problem, and then any repairs would be on top of that. When the tech arrived, he informed us we owed him $75 just for showing up, and for him to even diagnose the problem would be an additional $176. The office staff was accommodating in finding an equitable resolution, but still frustrating.
