I am big proponent of supporting local businesses, but today for the second time I went to this location to have car cleaned. This time I approach the owner who was simply rude. Despite showing the tires were not dressed, that dirt was still on the vehicle (which I could wipe off in various places with my finger) and most obviously there was water dripping from all parts of the vehicle (on the roof, door handles, back windows, front wind screen all across the underside of BOTH wipers).

I have never seen cause to write reviews as I found simply and respectfully raising this to management addresses the issue. For the first time this rude and blatant lack of service needs to be addressed.

Sir - I work hard for money and for $27 I paid, it is disgrace as was your customer service. Other responses online hit it on the nail! I am going to take the extra drive to return to a great service in Branford.  HEre are some quotes from others and maybe he will learn a lesson from this:

- Terrible customer service.
- I wish they took a bit more pride in their work
- When I saw the car, I was shocked at how dirty it was.
- I would never recommend this place, there is not even basic customer service!
-  Save your money, and go somewhere else!  
- Car was wet but not clean

Terrible
Never a clean car. You have to beg and plead for the tire dressing you paid for. 
The owner is rude, refuses refunds or any resolutions to problems. One of the worst places I've ever dealt with. I tried on four seperate occasions to use them. They failed horribly each time.

I wish they took a bit more pride in their work. Constantly have to remind them about missed services that were paid for and ultimately grab my own rags to clean and dry.

I paid for interior express clean and the dash hadn't been touched. I called the owner and he offered no apology, simply hanging up on me. I was one of two customers there at the time, so no excuse. I will never return. Terrible customer service.

I like this business. They do a great job with washing. However their oil change service only includes motor oil and windshield washer fluid. They will not add any other fluids. They say they check the other fluids but will not fill. That means power steering, automatic transmission fluid, radiator fluid and brake fluid are not included. This severely reduces the quality of service. 

According to the printout from my "Oil Change"; Air Filter, Battery, Belts, Cabin Filter, PCV, Hoses, Headlights, Power Steering, Radiator Fluid, Tire Pressure, Washer Fluid and Trans Fluid were checked. Of course since they don't have these fluids none were needed. Notice that Brake Fluid is not checked! In my case I know the brake fluid was dangerously low because that is why I had the car serviced. Also not checked are front-end, rear-end and transfer case fluids.

They probably do fine with a simple oil change but don't think your car's has been serviced like a mechanic or full service garage.
