Excellent service.  My clothes are well maintained and the free pick up and delivery service makes it so convenient.  Unlike other places I've been to, they actually remember I don't like creases in some things (jeans).

I have to tell you that I came to this location a year ago and brought my bed comforter in to be cleaned as you were running a special. it was my first time in the location and I was sent away saying that I had a duvee and not a comforter. Little did they know, I had this same comforter cleaned at another MW location 5 miles away by my mothers house the previous 4 years. Sooooo, I let bygones be bygones and tried this location again with 4 pairs of slacks. I was given great service! and I liked the email notification. Only drawback I have is that 4 pairs of pants cost me $38?!!!!!!! Holy cow!!!!! I bet a million dollars that I can find a better value somewhere. Even though my experience is good, this is wayyyyy to expensive. :(

Love the pickup and delivery service! 

Clothes are always done right and even when I have buttons that fail they are either already replaced before delivery or if taken in they fix immediately.
