Horrible service, prices are way too high!! Will never go there again!!

Probably one of the most expensive places that is the worst place to go for dry cleaning. Horrible service especially with the new manager and people working there and I definitely will never ever go back even if its free.  If its possible to give it a negative star I would have. Ruin your clothes and give you all sorts of excuses for it. Sooner than later they will close down as other options become available.

UPDATE: THEY APOLOGIZED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM PRETTY QUICK! 

it's nice an elegant though the price is kind of excessive. The lady said that my total was $30 (for a formal dress) and when I said I needed it by tomorrow (today) she said that it would be an extra cost for that, so I asked how much that would be and she said that would make it $33. She told me to come tomorrow (today) by 6. Notice this is my first time coming to this store so today I show up around 4 pm, as soon as I get into the door this lady (same from yesterday) has an attitude about me being early and how I should've check the email. I told her this is my first time and that I didn't know. So i tell her I'll come back at 6 pm and she says that when I come back I'll have to pay $37 instead of $33 because the extra for the rush was $5 instead of $3, she says she couldn't contact me because my phone is a long distance number, I think that a large company like this must have a phone that is able to call all kinds of numbers, it makes no sense. Notice this lady has an attitude toward me this whole time. 30 seconds ago she was saying how I should've used my email to make sure my dress was here before coming this early when she clearly said to come at 6 pm, but she can't do the same thing to inform me that the price she gave me on which by the way I'm counting on, is wrong. At this point I am more than mad and I tell her that she gave me a price yesterday, she keeps arguing the fact that she didn't know and I told her that's why I asked her yesterday, I agree to a service for that price that she gave me, not for this new one that I just found out about. She gets really mad and tells me not to worry that she will take out the extra $5 dollars. I say thanks and I leave, obviously with the intention of coming back at 6 to pick up my dress, because I have a deadline to meet tomorrow at school. After maybe half an hour I recieve a text from an unknown number telling me that it was the custumer that was waiting with me yesterday and that my dress won't be ready until tomorrow at 6 pm. So that lady in the store, your employee, gave my number and my name to a complete stranger that I've never seen before yesterday. In conclusion, I'm not gonna meet my deadline at school tomorrow which by the way it's promised in my order, I got a horrible customer service and my number and full name was given to a complete stranger. I am not happy.
