Had a very fast, smooth and seamless car buying experience with this dealership. Salesman Rob Gould picked the perfect car for me and was almost as excited as I was about the great deal!  Manager Charlie Knapp did an awesome job with creating the deal and  John G. from finance got us the best rate and was super fast with completing the deal. Great place to buy a vehicle. I have been very impressed by everyone I have had dealings with at My Import. I have bought 2 vehicles now from them and they have been awesome each time. I appreciate how they go the extra mile to help you get the vehicle you want. I would recommend George,my sales rep, to anyone needing to buy a car.  He is a great person to work with.  Thank you again for a great buying experience. I appreciate all your help.

We came on the ferry from Wisconsin (recommended from someone at your dealership who used to work there). I was skeptical since we only saw pictures of what would be my daughters first car purchase. Roy assured me that the car was as nice as the pictures and put my mind at ease through the many conversations (9pm even). Roy had an associate pick us up at the ferry with my daughters car and she test drove it to the dealership and fell in love with it. He answered all my questions and we felt he was truly genuine, caring, and compassionate through the process. He made sure my daughter was comfortable and he was very sincere when talking to her about her job and her own life. He reassured us that he is there for us if we need anything, even an oil change if we are ever in the area. If we ever have a problem, he said he would go to bat for us, even though we are in Wisconsin. Thanks Roy for a very pleasant experience.   Dale and Kaitlyn

We purchased a Highlander from My Auto and had a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, answered all our questions, and made sure that the whole process went smoothly. Mike took the time to walk us through the service area so we are familiar with their setup. He also took plenty of time to show us how all the features and systems worked in the Highlander. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience for us!

I knew what I wanted and time was an issue. The sales team did everything in they could to finish the paperwork speedily. Jeff helped me determine the best financing for the vehicle, as well as advising me what to do with my older vehicle. They replaced the windshield on the new car for free. The facility is clean, family friendly, and the coffee was pretty good! I would do business with them again.
