Had a bad experience at another dental office in Richmond, ended up in ER twice AFTER 2 teeth were pulled (That had infection) ended up coming here after 2 trips to hospital and a developed abscess, to find out the other dentist from Richmond had left root tips in. The staff at my community dental in Port Huron were so caring and gentle, my wait time has never been more than 10-15 minuets before being called back. After they took care of the root tips and abscess and stitched me up, I even got a call from the dentist the next day to see how I was doing.

I thought that it was suppose to be a place with more inexpensive options and/or free options for people without dental coverage, but I was very wrong. I ended up with a huge estimated invoice of teeth that needed fixed and every single item detail was $75.00 or higher.

Terribly rude!!!! My daughter just turned 18 and was having a hard time describing her situation so I tried to talk to them and they told me very rudely to stay off the phone she is 18 and can speak for herself. Now she is crying and upset from the way they treated her. I wouldn't take my pet's there.

The dental team here are always very nice and professional . They've always gotten me in at my appointment time. No long wait in the waiting room which I appreciate. Also recently I had a tooth ache and they got me in that morning when I called and we're super helpful!

Horrible, Horrible customer service and very long wait time. I suggest if you can be seen anywhere else to do so.
