This place ia actually very pleasant. Both the front desk staff and dental staff are always very nice. I was traumatized at 8 years old by a very cruel dentist and it made me afraid of dentists but I feel okay now going here. Dr. Grant is very kind and actually listened to my concerns. I don't see any reason to go anywhere else ever again and I don't dread the thought of future appointments finally. Thank goodness. Very grateful.

The staff is extremely nice and the people who regularly go there seem to genuinely enjoy this office but my overall experience was underwhelming. I walked and rode the bus for 28 minutes with my 3 year old daughter to get to my appointment, which was at 2:00 pm. When I arrived it was no later than 1:35 pm. I assumed that I would be filling out new patient forms, but when I told the receptionist my name and appointment time she kindly told me I had a $3 co-pay (even though the co-pay is for people without insurance and I have medicaid which covers all my co-pays) and to take a seat. I was expecting to be waiting until at least 2:00 pm, my appointment time, since I was early. I was mistaken. As I waited I watched three people get checked in and go back before me: two on-time 2:00pm patients and one 2:20pm just on-time patient. Once the 2:20pm patient went back, my daughter and I left. I didn't think it was fair to my daughter or I to sit and wait another minute when we'd already been waiting for 50 minutes to an hour. All in all, I was and still am outrageously offended (specially since the office is more than likely going to charge me $30 dollars for "cancelling" my appointment). Please don't waste your time here, especially if you're a new patient, have medicaid, or have a small child. Thanks for reading.

I went there many times , they are nice. And I really don't like going to any doctor but the dentist there are  nice and you may have to wait but , it's Worth it when u leave with a nice white smile. And no pain

Worst experience ever! Pulled out my teeth on Halloween and now coming to Valentine's day and still getting a run around. Going else where. Billing called and said I was approved but some young guy in the office refuses to help
