We believe that children are active learners who learn best through moving
between activities that are initiated by their interest and those that are guided
by our teachers, who will support children’s learning by addressing the following
subjects, which are all incorporated within the curriculum.

If you are looking for a daycare/school for your child I HIGHLY recommend My First ACademy. We absolutely love this school. Their staff and teachers do an exceptional job caring for and teaching all the children. Looking for a daycare for your child can be one of the hardest things to do as a parent. Having to leave your precious angel with complete strangers is terrifying, but from the moment we stepped foot into My First Academy, my wife and I immediately felt like we had know the teachers and staff for years. They understand what you are feeling and communicate with you effectively to help reassure you that you child is safe and being taken care of. In both cases with my children, they both got over being away from Mommy and Daddy WAY before we did and that is a testament to the great teachers and staff at My First Academy.

My First Academy goes above and beyond to prepare their students for Kindergarten. I've had the privilege of receiving some of their students at the school I teach at and am always amazed at their skills coming in. Their writing, knowing sight words, and are doing math skills that aren't expected of them when entering. They are normally in my high achieving group.

My name is Julimar and my son has been going to My First Academy for about 10 months now. At first i was so spectacle and nervous about leaving him there bit let me tell you it was the next decision i could have made. The staff and teachers are amazing and they always make me feel welcomed. They treat my son as if he were their own. He has learned so much since he started. I feel safe everyday leaving him in their hands and very grateful for them. We moved and even though i have to travel the opposite direction from work, not once did i think of putting him somewhere closer. I will make the drive to make surw he is in the most living, and caring hands. He loves it and has made friends along the way. We love My First Academy!

My son learned so much in his time here.  He started at 9 months, but by the time he was two, he knew his alphabet, numbers 1-20, shapes, colors, and more! Owner Maria is awesome.
