Very slow and unprofessional company. 
Apparently between packing, moving and unpacking my equipment went missing. We needed to use our air compressor but much as we looked for it we couldn't find it. I recalled that the crew needed to stop and have breakfast before meeting me at the storage unit and I had to wait on them to unpack the items. I signed off the paperwork assuming all the stuff was unloaded since there was nothing in the back of the truck. I advise anyone not to trust these folks. Our air compressor went missing and despite our efforts to discuss this, no call back was made by the manager. Maybe we should have searched the front of the truck. 
DO NOT USE THEM.

Kenny, Travis, and Miguel came to help me move all of my stuff to Roanoke. They were punctual, efficient, very friendly, and they made sure to treat my things like their own. It only took them an hour to pack up my apartment! They made moving so much easier! I'm going to have to hire My Guys every time I need to move.

Had two guys come and help me move from my townhome. Showed up early and got all my furniture and boxes loaded up into the truck quick with no damages. They were great to work with and high spirited even though it was raining. Will definitely be using these guys again for my future moves.

The three guys were slow it took them three hours longer than it should. Will not recommend this company. I got spoiled by the other moving companies we have used in the past. They were really fast. Not happy!!! Also one box had broken things in it. I wonder if the company pays them more to take longer. Bad experience!! Manager never returned my call when I called to complain.
