My Main Squeeze is an organic, vegetarian juice bar conveniently located in the center of East Longmeadow. We want our customers not only to eat great food but to feel great too. We also offer an assortment of salads and other treats, made fresh in the store daily. In season we purchase directly from local farmers whenever possible and pride ourselves on offering a variety of items from other local partners throughout the year.
