Story

My-Online-Tax-Accountant.com is a full service online tax, accounting and business consulting firm. Although our office is located in Canon City, Colorado, we service all cities in Colorado such as Canon City, Florence, Penrose, Colorado Springs, Denver, and Fort Collins.

Our firm will provide outsourced CFO, accounting, payroll, and tax services to small and medium size businesses. We will utilize advanced technologies to support a real-time data-sharing delivery model and provide ultimate convenience for staff and clients. We will not accept clients that do not fit our defined core business model.

We will provide individual income tax services to individuals that fit our defined return types. Our income tax service will also utilize technologies that allow our firm to deliver services in the most efficient manner.

We highly value our firm’s image, including overall office appearance and web presence and will strive to put our best foot forward with every interaction. We value life-work balance and consistently strive to maintain it.

I can't begin to tell you how much David and Ericka have done for me, not only for my own plumbing company, but I am a bookkeeper and I seem to take on companies that have serious accounting issues. There is NO REASON on earth that any company should struggle with maintaining their books and taxes with such an asset in our community as David Wayne. I have work closely with David and Ericka and they are seamless, and things are taken care of quickly and effortlessly, they work with you and your needs. I refuse to take on any bookkeeping position without them by my side. Thank you for all you do! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how my bookkeeping jobs are effortless now with great systems in place.

I will make this short and sweet. David saved my tushy about 3 years ago. Behind 4 years on my taxes, he was able to quickly, painlessly construct the tax returns. He has been there for other necessary items required by my bank lender. TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM without hyperbole! I recommend him. Thanks David Wayne and staff!!!

Although David was very professional, I would hesitate to recommend his services to other military families. He was not familiar with state exemptions and was only prompted to double check our tax return based on my husband's Google search. I don't expect anyone to know everything about their field but I would hope that the difference of several thousand dollars would be prompt a deeper investigation. We will not be using his services again.

My husband and I had a very positive experience with David Wayne. From the minute we met him, he was friendly, explained every question in detail, was prompt and efficient. His years of experience working in the business world gave us confidence in his ability. After having worked with accountants who were highly regarded in the D.C. area, we were even more impressed with David. David's eye for detail saved us thousands. David Wayne is a tax Ninja. David has years of experience and is knowledgeable to the core. I have trusted David to prepare my taxes for the last 4 years and he does a great job making sure I get all deductions I am eligible for. He has helped me in a variety of tax filing situations including school and education credit. He always offers good advice. His fees are totally reasonable; you will get much more than you would at any H&R Block. I would recommend David to anyone needing help with their business finances, complicated or simple tax needs.
