This is a great local credit union to use if you live in the Pensacola area. The ladies that work there are extremely friendly and knows me and my family by name and always ask how I/my family is doing. I currently have a car loan with them where they gave me an incredible rate! They have been my first bank, and I have stuck with them ever since. I highly recommend them

There are only a handful of people at that establishment that are actually nice and will help you.  Most of the older women in there are rude!!! Nothing has changed.

Everyone is professional, polite and friendly. I always have a good experience when I visit My Pensacola Credit Union. Keep up the good work!

For the last year their customer service has gone down hill. They never return phone calls when you leave a message. When you finally talk to someone they don't always have answers to your question. I could go on about their service. I hate this because I have been with them for years but once they merged it has changed.
