The staff is very kind and supporting. They maintain a fun workout environment but still push you to where you need to be. It's very inspiring seeing that these trainers have they're own success stories (with pictures) that tell you they're not just full of it. They offer healthy snack and meal alternatives (that are delicious!) and have many different options for all budgets. I really learned a lot from working out with Erik, Mike, Logan, and the rest of the My personal trainer team. They have helped me reach and maintain my goals and I highly recommend them to anyone not only looking to lose weight but get in shape as well.

Working with My Personal Trainer has been such a rewarding experience!  Eric, Logan, Mike, and Lori are genuinely good people who care about their clients.  They are inspirational and supportive while still managing to push you to do your best each workout.  My Personal Trainer has helped me to feel confident and strong both in and out of the studio.  I am grateful for the awareness, well-being, and balance that My Personal Trainer has brought to my life.

My Personal Trainer in Broadview Heights is a great place. The trainers care about you and your progress. With their help I've lost 35 lbs. It works if you follow the customized plan they give you.
