Highly recommend My Vacuum Store in Cleveland Heights.  I came in and the young gentleman went above and beyond to help me out and hustled around the back and the main part of the store to provide me everything I needed.  A local business that deserves local support.  I'll be back!

I had a very positive experience at My Vacuum Store. Sam and the whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and overall exhibited great customer service. Definitely going to go back for all future vacuum-related issues.

If you're looking for a supreme customer service experience, this is the store for you.  

After years of hemming and hawing about spending a lot of money on a Miele I finally followed their advice and only wish I'd made the decision years ago.  You never know just how much dust and debris you're leaving in your house until you have a machine that picks it up.

Brandon, the store manager, and the owner are so knowledgeable-- we're so lucky to have local store like this in our neighborhoods!
