I couldn't be more pleased with my recent interstate move with Bekins. From the initial consultation with Alex in CA to the follow-up calls from Dana and Tyler to Juan the driver from AZ and his crew Julio and Angel. All very professional and accommodating. The driver and his crew never stopped. Furniture was wrapped and they handled the boxes I packed very carefully. NOTHING was broken - not even anything in the many boxes I packed and labeled as fragile. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bekins again and would request the same crew - they were very patient with my 87-year old mother and the order in which I needed to have furniture moved so she wouldn't get stressed out during the loading process. Juan called me on the road to provide an update as to the unload schedule and Tyler called me on both the loading and unloading days to ensure everything was going as planned. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Bekins did an excellent job in packing, and moving our furniture up to their

Phoenix storage facility. Our two movers were very efficient, polite,and
very hard workers.They had uniform shirts or sweat shirts,that were 
clean, and also had a new truck that was also clean. the packing 
blankets were also clean.The movers blanketed,taped and used
shrink wrap on everything. Bekins will be moving out furniture 
out of storage in about nine months,into our new home in 
Scottsdale AZ.and I know they will continue with their excellent service.
I would recommend Bekins in the future to anybody who wants
excellent professional moving and storage services.

The movers were friendly and focused while working.  They worked very hard.  Unfortunately though they missed a closet full of stuff and left some dishes in the cabinet.  Next time we will know to check every cabinet and closet before they leave.

So far so good. Men pleasent and wrapped carefully .In storage waiting for drive to Florida.
