I love this place. They tend to be slow on service when it gets busy but the food is amazing. They have a great variety for hookah and the ambiance makes it all worth it. Their prices are a bit higher than other places but we have become somewhat regulars at this establishment.

This place definitely has a relaxing vibe and environment with interior and exterior seating. The waitress was very accommodating at first, but eventually forgot about us. 1st visit on 10/28/17 - We tried a large tea pot of green mint tea with a side of honey. I was disappointed that they did not give us tea cups, but small cocktail glasses instead. The person who accompanied me was a fan of their hookahs and various hookah flavors. I believe he's tried multiple flavors and hasn't been disappointed yet on that regard. The key downsides to our visit was the inappropriate glassware, the lack of service from the waitress, and her responses came off a little disrespectful. 2nd Visit here on Oct 29 Was a terrible experience.. ordered pizza. The crust was good, the gyro was grey and not so good. Probably won't be back here because of the poor service and qualify of food.

The ambience is nice. The pastries are excellent. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the high cost of some of their items which elsewhere would cost up to $4.00 less.

To be honest, I'm really disappointed at the service. I had a simple order(or thought it was) of water and a cheese pizza. The water was bottled, which I guess I didn't hear the girl explain they don't have tap water, but whatever. What upsets me is plenty of other people got food well after I had ordered. I'm very reluctant to give them another try. The one good thing I have to say is the ventilation was good, so I wasn't coughing from other's hookahs like I usually would if I go somewhere.

Wonderful place to relax. After a few years I have made my way back down to San Antonio. I've been to hookah bar from here to Tulsa Oklahoma and none come close to Naara. I think this place is the what others should try to achieve. The addition of traditional music made it even better. Good job in pushing to make great even better.
