Very bad experience. The two individuals who prepared my taxes made a mistake on my amended tax return that cost me my financial aid at college. When I contacted the individual I was working with to request that she write a letter as the school requested, she quoted me $138 after going back and forth for days... for her own mistake. I Will never use this company again and would warn others of this very bad taste left in my mouth. It really was a shame as I was referred by 2 close people and was expecting things to turn out much different. She was very nice at the start but wouldn’t take responsibility for her mistake In the end and now I’m very concerned about being audited due to this mistake.
