I have 8 fingers. I was getting a pedicure which turned out adequate at best. I told the girl I would have a manicure as well if I got 20% off. I see no reason to pay for 10 fingers when I only have 8. Everywhere else I have ever had a manicure has complied.

 She kept saying the boss had to approve and I had to call the boss. Codswallop. She could have called the boss. End result; NEVER going there again. I will go where customers are appreciated. 1st time I ever did not leave a tip.
