THIS PLACE IS A JOKE ! POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I thought I'd try this place out and was initially mostly happy with the experience. But 5 days after getting acrylic nails, they began lifting at the tips like the acrylic material did not bond to the nail. One chipped and the rest now have dirt under them. I asked the nail folks to fix it and they did not. So i went back and just said to take them off as i was not happy. The lady who is just aweful, refused to remove them at no charge. This place has the worst customer service and no work ethic. The lady was a complete jerk and I warn anyone who goes there. They will just take your money and provide poor quality and zero customer service.

They do a great job and they are very nice. They always get me in and out and this is the only nail salon in Pullman that has not yet disappointed me. I have been going here for over a year now. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service, environment and product! The SNS is spectacular and Lee and Sam are so nice! I recommend them to everyone!

Used to go here a lot. Recently went in and was charged 55$ for a simple set. There are no prices hung up anywhere. I have never been charged over 45 for a set; I've been told she charges for length of nails and design but I got shorter nails than I usually do and absolutely no design. Three of my nails broke off in less than a week. I called and asked for them to be fixed for free since it wasn't even a week later and received no call back.

Very rushed , lady kind of rude, had to ask twice for my cuticles to be cleaned and trimmed. Quality is Good, clean, nice place but business will probably not increase if something doesn't change. My daughters 25 dollar pedi was 15 min and my upgraded 35 dollar pedi was 30 mom only because the had to do cuticles before painting . Won't go back .
